Our Activities Balli Fund Management Peacock Ventures Limited is Ball Real Estate’s special purpose vehicle in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Formed in 2007, it has various holdings in Dubai and is managed by a team of experienced senior executives with strong financial skills and expertise in risk analysis.
Balli Real Estate is in the process of structuring and raising the Phoenix Development Fund in partnership with Taylor Wimpey plc. The Phoenix Development Fund is primarily focused on high-end residential developments in London and select city centres throughout the UK. A unique investment strategy and favourable market conditions allow Balli Real Estate and Taylor Wimpey to obtain attractive development financing for new projects and access to undervalued off-market investment opportunities. We believe this is an ideal investment climate for our activities, both in the UK and abroad.
