In Dubai, we have undertaken an extremely successful joint venture partnership with Sunland Group Ltd. Founded in 1983, Sunland is an international Australian stock exchange-listed property developer, providing world-class, mixed-use resorts, and residential and commercial property schemes. Sunland focus on creating art through architecture and are renowned for innovative design, artistic flair and ability to deliver real estate property projects of the highest quality. They have forged new partnerships to complement their activities in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and are working with the UAE-based Emirates Investment Group and Arabtec to build some of the region’s most stunning mixed-use developments.
