D1 Tower - Dubai

The D1 Tower is a landmark residential development, delivered by a joint venture between Sunland Group Ltd and Emirates International Holdings. Located in the heart of Dubai’s Culture Village, the £90 million Dubai property soars 80 storeys high into the sky and stands 284 metres tall.

The D1 Tower development comprises 529 apartments and luxury penthouses, a sky-rise lounge, a private cinema, an indoor swimming pool, a gymnasium and a concierge. The Dubai property is the sister project to Q1 on Australia’s Gold Coast - the world’s tallest residential skyscraper.
