D1 Tower Dubai

The D1 Tower is a landmark residential development, delivered by a joint venture between Sunland Group Ltd and Emirates Investment Group.

Peacock Ventures Ltd, the entity through which BREL undertakes operations in the UAE, is an investor in D1 through acquiring a number of apartments by way of bulk purchase investment in the development.

Located in the heart of Dubai’s Culture Village, the £90 million D1 Tower soars 80 storeys high into the sky and stands 284 metres tall.

The D1 Tower provides 529 apartments and penthouses, a sky-rise lounge, a private cinema, an indoor swimming pool, a gymnasium and concierge service. It is the sister project to Q1 on Australia’s Gold Coast – the world’s tallest residential skyscraper.
