Peacock Ventures Limited, the entity through which Balli Real Estate Limited undertakes operations in the UAE, is an investor in Palazzo Versace Dubai and D1 Tower by way of purchasing a number of units in each of these developments. Palazzo Versace Dubai and D1 Tower have been developed as a joint venture between Sunland Group and Emirates Investment Group. Neither Balli nor Peacock Ventures has a shareholding in any entity relating to these two projects. Emirates Investment Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of Enshaa PSC. Peacock Ventures has a joint venture with Sunland Group for the Nur development in Culture Village, and another to be launched in early 2009 in the Waterfront precinct.
