In Dubai, we have undertaken an extremely successful joint venture partnership with Sunland Group Ltd. Founded in 1983, Sunland is an international Australian stock exchange-listed property developer, providing world-class mixed-use resorts, and residential and commercial schemes. Sunland focus on creating art through architecture and are renowned for innovative design, artistic flair and delivering projects of the highest quality. They have forged new partnerships to complement their activities in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and are working with the UAE-based Emirates Investment Group and Arabtec to build some of the region’s most stunning mixed-use developments.
