Our Interests

BREL is currently developing and managing a multi-billion dollar real estate portfolio in both the residential and commercial sectors. We frequently work alongside developers, providing investment finance for projects in advance of completion. We also undertake direct developments of luxury residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.

In 2007 BREL established a subsidiary company, the majority shareholding in Peacock Ventures Ltd, a subsidiary company formed to manage our joint ventures and real estate funds in the United Arab Emirates.

We have an open approach to business and are always interested in meeting developers, agents and landowners to discuss potential property investments and developments. In the future, we will continue to rely upon our well-established network of investors and industry experts to support our real estate activities.
