Peacock Ventures Limited is currently undertaking a joint venture project with Sunland Group Ltd for a development in Dubai Waterfront project. The Dubai property development is due to be launched in January 2009. We are receptive to further joint ventures and have a number of carefully selected projects also under consideration.
